Account deletion

You can delete your City Seekers account and request deletion of associated account data at any time.

Delete from inside the app

1. Sign in to City Seekers with the account you want to delete.
2. Open your profile page.
3. In the Danger zone, choose Delete account and confirm.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the email address on the account. Use the subject Account deletion request. We will confirm the request and complete deletion within a few business days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes the account, hunt progress, uploaded photos, and purchase links associated with the account. Arrival coordinates are automatically purged after 90 days even if you keep playing.

We retain safety-terms acknowledgment records and support correspondence where required for legal, security, or audit purposes, detached from the deleted account where possible.
